Why you must attend Bahrain GP 2023

Bahrain Grand Prix 2023

The Bahrain Grand Prix, first held in 2004, was the first ever F1 race to be held in the Middle East. The winner of the inaugural Bahrain Grand Prix was Michael Schumacher, one of the greatest drivers in the history of Formula One. Seven-time world champion, Lewis Hamilton, has 5 wins at the circuit, while Ferrari is the most successful team here with 7 Bahrain Grand Prix victories. The last race winner was Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc

The track features 3 DRS (Drag Reduction System) detection zones, giving drivers 3 separate opportunities to overtake other drivers when they activate DRS. The most challenging point of the circuit is considered the tight downhill turn 10. The fast corner through turn 12 is also another highlight, where drivers go past at over 200 kmph.

Renowned DJ and producer DJ Snake and Craig David will be performing at the Bahrain Grand Prix. This year, the theme at the Bahrain Grand Prix is ‘Follow Your Champion’. The theme celebrates every F1 driver’s aim to be the world champion. A variety of performances have been planned, including carnival shows, stilt walkers, roaming bands, dancers, and more. The iconic Ferris Wheel will also be part of the list of entertainment.
