Our bilingual guide, Carlos Fuentes, despite being early in the morning on Labor Day, was very pleasant and entertaining, a constant source of information and very interesting. Without Carlos Fuentes, the tour of the Alhambra would have been a tedious and lackluster experience, with so much to see but little explanatory information about it...Thank you very much, Carlos, for an unforgettable Alhambra experience!

Our guide,he is very kind and warm heart. His knowledge is a perfect for tour guide.
I had to tell you that we also had a very bad experience. We arrived more than enough time to meet our guide. One lady organized so I asked several times for our name. Each time, she could not find our name and gave us a wrong direction.
I asked several tour guide but the did not know anything and pointed back to her.
So I even called help center, but it was AI and no helping at all. This was very stressfull and made us upset.
One tour guide who speaks Japanese,tried help us as much as he could. But until our tour guide,he found ys out, we had a very hard time.
We really appreciate for his hospitality. Unfortunately we could not enough time to say Thank you.
I don't know why she could not find our name.
Anyway, in future nobody will have the same bad experience like us.
Our tour guide, I forgot his name... He is an excellent so we enjoy tour.
