Our bilingual guide, Carlos Fuentes, despite being early in the morning on Labor Day, was very pleasant and entertaining, a constant source of information and very interesting. Without Carlos Fuentes, the tour of the Alhambra would have been a tedious and lackluster experience, with so much to see but little explanatory information about it...Thank you very much, Carlos, for an unforgettable Alhambra experience! Our bilingual guide, Carlos Fuentes, despite the early tour hours on Labor Day , was very nice and pleasant, a constant yet very interesting source of information. Without Carlos Fuentes, the Alhambra tour would have been cumbersome, with so much to see but too little written information about it....Thank you, Carlos, for an unforgettable experience of La Alhambra! Guide very knowledgable and the tour itself was excellent. However finding my guide was very stressful. The meeting point was not where shown in the email instructions and pictures. There was no 'Headout' branding anywhere to be seen e.g lanyards or banners to help locate my group and guide. (You should say if you subcontract the tours so that client s can find the right guide) I arrived at the meeting point 40 mins early and still nearly missed the tour as your guide was not where I was instructed to be. Asking other guides they confirmed the meeting point was right but she was assembling with all the other guides by the ticket office/cafe not where the busses drop off. This was incredibly stressful and I would l have been devastaed if I'd missed my group as it was a special birthday trip. I ended up with 3 mins to spare before the Group departed. I gather this a common experience and one that you really need to sort out. I was recommended to you by friends but they had the same experience too last year. That said, great tour, good booking processes. Thank you.Sarah

Hector was amazing. He was super knowledgeable on Spain's history and the importance and history of the Alhambra. He was also very engaging. Money and time well spent.
Enjoy Seamless Access to the Alhambra in a Group of Ten or Less and the Services of an Expert by Your Side
After assembling at the meeting point, your professional guide shall lead you past the winding queues and on to an adventure of a lifetime! Walk through the passages and admire the different styles of architecture that were used as the Palace expanded. Your guide will regale you with tales about the Palace's history and provenance as you make your way through. Marvel at the Gate of the Pomegranates and gaze at the Washington Irving Monument, an odd sight until you'll learn that he was the first Hispanist, inspiring the travels of many 19th century Americans when he wrote Tales of the Alhambra while living in the Palace. You will also get to visit the Palace of Charles V, built by the Holy Roman Emperor in Alhambra for the poignant significance of being a Muslim fortress that was conquered by his own Christian grandparents. The many pillared palace is a sight to behold, regardless of its origins. Don't forget to visit the unique Court of the Lions, a well-known highlight of the Nasrid Palace.
Take a Stroll in the Impeccably Manicured Generalife Gardens
The Generalife is also known as the Architect's Garden, is easily one of the oldest examples of Moorish gardens. In fact, the entire estate is a series of gardens and fountains with exceptional Islamic motifs and architecture tying it all together. Cool turquoise water, flower beds, and lush greenery make the Generalife a beautiful sight. You will also get to spend some time in the Dehesa of Generalife, a vast green expanse offering incredible scenic views of the surroundings.
