Great experience all around with Head out. Once we booked the tickets, we were sent very simple instructions of where to go on the day. We met at the meeting point and we were able to skip the crazy long line for people without tickets. We waited about 10 mins for the security check and then we were in! Thanks so much !

The guide was relaxed and knowledgeable with excellent English, he was relaxed in his delivery and tailored the information to the groups knowledge and interest.

Santa Croce is really worth seeing. The entrance with the ticket went smoothly, as did the collection of the audio guide we had booked. The audio guide was great. Very easy to use and absolutely informative. You can set your own pace and order and always choose the relevant information. Well done, we had a great morning.

We recently participated in a guided tour of the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries. Our tour guide, Alex had a wealth of knowledge to share and she really brought the paintings alive for my two children. I will be recommending this tour to all my friends. Arriving at the Palazzo Vecchio Tower, the staff were friendly and our PDF tickets on my phone from headout were quickly acknowledged and scanned. Getting the tickets in advance and avoiding lining up was very convenient. The tickets arrived in my email account about two hours after making a online purchase, with all the informaton I required. The tower was wonderful and as the number of people are limited we had the place to ourselves. Great views and easier to climb than the Duomo di Firenze.

Angela was amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her subject and we learned so much from her. I would do a tour with Angela again definitely.

Everything about the museum was amazing, I'm glad we did not skip it during our trip. The room of geographical maps was my favorite exhibit.
