COVID Safety Information
- Please note that from 30 Dec 2021, it is mandatory for every guest to have an FFP2 mask for the entrance to any museum in Italy. Without this mask, you will not be able to participate in the tour.
- Guests with body temperatures above 37.5° C (= 99.5° F) are prohibited from entering (temperature to be taken at the entrance).
- It is necessary to keep a recommended interpersonal distance of 1.80m.
- Kindly note that your tickets allow you to skip the entry line into the gallery. However, you will still have to go through the airport-style security check.
- Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, there may be delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues.
- Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, it is strongly recommended that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour. The Uffizi Gallery specifically prohibits large bags and you may not be permitted entry should you bring one.
- No food or drinks or flash photos are permitted inside the Uffizi.
- Note that each ticket option may be multilingual.
- Please note that in the event of the tour being conducted in 2 languages at the same time, the tour duration is 3 hours long.
Reduced Price Tickets
- People aged 6 and younger can attend the tour at no cost.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- You must select the number of children in your party at the time of checkout in order to reserve their spot on the tour.
- Please carry a valid photo ID.
- The Gallery is open Tuesday through Sunday. The Gallery is closed on Monday.
- The tour is available at 3:15 PM, 4:30 PM, regardless of the language it is conducted in. May onwards, a 9 AM morning slot is available for the English tour only.
- Your ticket is valid only on the selected date and time.
- It is mandatory to arrive 15 minutes before your tour to check in at the meeting point.
- The meeting points for different time slots are different. Please ensure that you proceed to the correct one.

- If you have purchased reduced price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid Student IDs.
