Simplicity. To choose the time and the day of my visit online was very simple. To have a printed ticket, just follow the contents of confirmation mail and do what it says. I did not have an app but showed the mail to the staff at Printing reception (door 3 at Uffizi) and that led to a printed ticket to be issued. Very efficient.

No queuing and quick entry. Could be improved if electronic tickets / QR CODE Is used instead of getting paper tickets from the entry desk

We could not gain entry with the tickets I bought from you as the WiFi was not working. So bought new tickets. Then someone at the door managed to get WiFi Firenze and we got a refund for the second lot. Very lucky for us there were not many people so the ticket collectors had the time and were very kind to take the trouble. Ufizzi always a total joy particularly with no one there

Important Information

Every first Sunday of the month, the museum follows normal opening hours and entry is free for everyone.
All visitors must leave umbrellas, large bags, and backpacks in the cloakroom located near the museum entrance. The use of the cloakroom is free.
Please note that all visitors to the museum must go through the security check. At the busiest times, the line for the check takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Restrictions

Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the gallery.
The following are not allowed in the venue: Flash photography, Outside food and drink, Drones, Pets (with the exception of service animals with advance notice).

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.
Please arrive at the attraction 20 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

-Important Information

Your tickets allow you reserved access into the gallery, however, there may be a short wait at the ticket counter at Door Number 3 where you will have to exchange your mobile voucher for the physical ticket. You can then gain entry at Door number 1 through the "People with Reservation Entry" after going through a mandatory security check.
If you select the option “with Host” you do not need to go to door n°3, you just have to go in front of Dante Alighieri statue with your voucher to the Meeting Point written on your voucher. An assistant will be there waiting for you wait for you wearing blue clothing with Caf and Gray Line logos.
