The tour said bilingual and it was only in English, the guide was very cordial and attentive, she was not to blame, but the organization, on top of that I put aside another tour in Spanish to take it here and I got lost all day, I also paid for a local guide and everything was in English, I ended up very upset, please request a refund of what I paid and clarify the language of the tours as everyone always does. thank you so much.

Rising 55.86 meters (183.27 feet) from the ground on the lower side and 56.70 meters (186.02 feet) on the higher side, with a tilt of approximately 3.99 degrees, the tower's unique leaning structure is the result of a weak and unstable subsoil. Please wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes.
In case the Cathedral of Pisa is overcrowded you will be taken for a tour of the Piazza Cavalieri
Entry for children between the ages of 0-3 year is free of charge.
Children between the ages of 4-12 enjoy discounted prices.
Appropriate clothing is recommended to visit places of worship.
For small groups up to 8 pax, the tour escort will be replaced by an English speaking driver-guide.
The visit inside the Leaning Tower lasts about 30 minutes, no extension is allowed.

Restrictions

Children below the age of 8 will not be admitted into the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
Children between 8 and 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult and held by the hand at all times. Teenagers between 12 and 18 years of age are allowed on the Tower only if accompanied by a responsible adult.
Visiting the Tower requires a considerable amount of physical effort. Please consider that the spiral staircase has about as many as 300 steps. It is strongly recommended that people with heart disorders or individuals suffering from impaired health conditions do not visit the Tower.
