- Wear suitable clothes that cover your shoulders and knees, as shorts, mini-skirts, and bare arms are not permitted inside the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella.
What's not allowed
- Entry with large suitcases is not permitted, and there is no wardrobe or cloakroom available for storage.
- Infants must not sit on laps, and infant seats are not available.
