Visiting the Burj was definitely the highlight of our trip. We were scheduled to go up at 5pm and surprisingly there were no queues. The whole experience was amazing and fun.

A Breathtaking Experience at the Burj Khalifa
Visiting the Burj Khalifa was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! From the moment I stepped into the building, everything felt incredibly well-organized and luxurious. The elevator ride to the observation deck was surprisingly smooth and fast—reaching the top in under a minute was exhilarating. But nothing compares to the view. Standing on the top level, looking out over Dubai, felt surreal. The city lights, the desert in the distance, and the coastline all came together in a magical panorama.
I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere at the top—despite the crowds, it didn’t feel rushed. I had plenty of time to take in the sights, snap photos, and just appreciate the moment. The staff were polite and helpful, and the interactive displays added an educational touch to the experience. It’s something I would recommend to anyone visiting Dubai. Truly unforgettable!

Very peaceful ride along with scenic views
Just dont get confused finding the redemption point. To get the tickets from the voucher go to at the top ticket counter and scan the code to get tickets printed. Post that head out to the abra ride ticket counter near the lake.

Our family had a fantastic experience with 360 Tours during our Dubai city tour. Our guide, Ali, was professional, humble, and respectful, making the day smooth and enjoyable. He took us to amazing attractions like the Museum of the Future, Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Frame, souks, and Al Seef, while providing plenty of photo stops and keeping us hydrated with drinking water throughout the tour. Ali’s attention to detail and care for our comfort made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend 360 Tours and Ali for a well-organized and memorable Dubai tour!

The best part was the Islamic Art Museum we visited! I bought a beautiful carpet art piece and adore it. The tour of Old Dubai was fantastic and illuminating. It was great to see the non-tourist parts of Dubai. It completed the whole trip.
The only downside was that our chauffeur from our hotel to the tour bus was really bad. He didn't have his own cell signal and asked a passenger to share his mobile hotspot so he could use his phone's navigation.
He was also driving carelessly and may have caused multiple accidents if the passengers didn't scream out. He also didn't speak much English, so it was hard to communicate with him. He seemed new, so maybe he needs more practice or needs to be much more careful, or else someone could get hurt!
The trip would have been 5 stars but for that ride. Thanks for an otherwise wonderful experience!! Rafik was the best!!
