Getting started

Arrive at the venue at your selected time slot. Show your mobile ticket and valid ID at the entrance. Expect a quick security check and smooth entry at both locations.

What to expect

Walk through a lush indoor rainforest filled with exotic wildlife, then head 240 meters up for panoramic views of Dubai from The View at The Palm.

35-meter tree: Walk around the world’s largest artificial Kapok-style tree, complete with a misty waterfall and spiral walkway.

Rope bridge & treehouse: Cross a suspension bridge for elevated views of the rainforest from a treetop-level platform.

Animal encounters: Get face-to-face with tropical birds, reptiles, and mammals, and learn from expert biologists stationed throughout the dome.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind food & beverages, monopods, selfie sticks, or tripods are not allowed at Green Planet Dubai. Flash photography is also not allowed.

Outside food or beverages are not allowed at the View at the Palm.

Parking is available at Green Planet Dubai.

Children aged 2–10 require a child ticket, guests 11 and above are charged as adults, and infants under 2 can enter free of charge at Green Planet Dubai.

Large bags, shopping bags, and strollers must be kept in lockers near the entrance of the View at the Palm.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the your selected slot.

At the View at the Palm, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

Please enter at the time slot you have booked. You can not enter during prime hours with a non-prime hour ticket. Level 52 access only at View at the Palm and valid during non-prime hours (Daily, 9am to 4:30pm & 7:30pm).

The ticket is valid for 7 days from the first usage and can be used at either Green Planet or The View at the Palm first.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
