My visit to the Dubai Frame and Museum of the Future was truly amazing! I bought my tickets easily and smoothly through HEADOUT, which made the whole experience hassle-free. The overall experience is elaborately staged. There are several levels of experience. I found the "Gene Library" and the Wahaba / Oasis the most impressive. Unfortunately, there were crowds of people pushing through the rooms, lots of baby carriages with whining toddlers. The announcements were in Arabic and English, and the sound quality was certainly not fit for the future. And none of the ideas were really futuristic, some of them have been around for many years, seen at an exhibition in the Netherlands 15 years ago. I rate the building itself at 5*. I'll definitely give it a pass as one of the most beautiful buildings in the world.

The ZTickets worked perfectly. Therefore, 4 stars. The Future Museum disappointed us greatly. Much too long waiting times. And when it's your turn, there's not much of the future to see. The museum looks fantastic from the outside and you expect something grand. Unfortunately, it has very little to offer. Much too expensive. Dubai Frame also had long waiting times. But it was good. Fast elevator and you get a good view. The price-performance ratio is okay.

Visiting the Dubai Frame was a wonderful experience. From the unforgettable view, to the experience of walking on the glass floor. Visiting the Museum of the Future was a special experience and thrill - from the explanation of each station and the guidance to the experience and insight into what lies ahead in the future from technological and developmental advances.

The management reserves the right to expel any visitor found posing threats to park assets or involved in misconduct.

Any damages arising due to negligence or non-compliance with the mentioned instructions shall be the sole responsibility of the visitor and their companions.

Dubai Garden Glow reserves the right to change park timings and temporarily close shows and attractions for safety and maintenance without prior notice or compensation.

Dubai Garden Glow has permanently moved within Zabeel Park. The new location is at Gate 3, Area A (next to Dubai Frame).

Dubai Garden Glow now operates during daytime hours. The park will be open from 10am to 9pm daily.

Museum of The Future

Guests presenting the Pioneer Pass receive AED50 retail credit at the lobby shop, valid only on the pass ticket date. The credit is non-exchangeable for cash and redeemable over multiple transactions.

Due to limited capacity, the exact admission time within the selected timeslot will be specified on the guest's ticket upon booking confirmation.

To avail the credit, guests must present their wristband or Pioneer Pass Ticket at the retail shop during operating hours.

Facilities: Free WiFi.

In rare cases, some attractions may be closed for scheduled maintenance. We recommend checking the venue website and planning ahead to avoid closure dates.

Some attractions may require reservations. Your pass must be valid on the day of the reservation.
