Pompeii is really very big... October is a good time to visit. Not so crowded and a pleasant 20 degrees. We stayed just over 4 hours and it was never boring. So much to discover. An unforgettable experience.

This was an easy way to Skip long lines. The experience was simple with excellent directions to collect tickets and they were printed ready at the kiosk despite only purchased the morning of our selected session. Highly recommend

An amazing experience. Rich in history and content from the get-go. The ruins are so well preserved and access is very open allowing such a great insight into life back in Pompeii 2000 years ago. At times you can almost imagine youself walking through the town in its prime. I recommend giving at least 2 hours to walk around the ruins, and at least 4 for those who enjoy learning about hsptry and taking in the detail. Parking was easy, plenty of food / service areas and despite the large crowd, we rarely felt held up by the amount of people, due to the amount of content and size of the town. I will return.

I was overwhelmed with emotion as I walked along the cobbled streets of a city frozen in time almost two millennia ago. Every corner, every wall, every fresco told a story – a story of daily life, of joys and tragedies in a world long gone, yet still alive through its silent testimony. It was as if history itself came alive before my eyes. The organization of the visit was remarkable. The atmosphere, combined with the feeling of directly witnessing fragments of life from an ancient civilization, made me reflect deeply on the fragility and, at the same time, the strength of the human spirit. I loved that I could explore at my own pace, with the freedom to pause and contemplate every detail. This visit was not just a tourist trip, but a lesson in history, humanity, and introspection. I left Pompeii with a full heart, immense gratitude for the opportunity to be there, and the desire to return. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone who wishes not only to see a place but to live a story.

Easy booking and entry without any issues. Really helpful for accessing the site. Especially with the skip the line entry. Would use again for other places.

Having booked online in Australia weeks prior took the stress out of trying to buy tickets in a foreign country when you don't speak the language and avoiding all queues. We could then enjoy the experience of being in one of history's greatest sites.

I liked the whole complex itself. I didn't like the audio guide at all, it is dropping audios at random. If you look for them, you find that the names of the houses are in Spanish, but in Ercolano they are in Italian, you lose a lot of time and consumes a lot of battery of the mobile. In the end I stopped listening because I was getting black and just enjoyed the walk. Once outside I saw that people were entering a wall, I missed that part because neither the guide nor signs indicated it. For my taste there was a lack of info. Still, beautiful site, super well preserved.

Convenience ,for those who do not want to wait in line and a big applause to you as organization of everyone from the ticket office to the drivers to the guides etc etc. Thank you x this App convenient in 'buying tickets.... Have a nice day
