    Visiting the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh was an incredible experience that really brought Scottish history to life. Situated at the end of the Royal Mile, the palace is not only beautiful from the outside but also steeped in stories of royalty, politics, and intrigue. It’s still an official residence of the King when he’s in Scotland, but it’s also very accessible to visitors, which makes it unique compared to other royal sites.

    The Palace was a wonderful place to visit. The audio details added so much to the experience. The Abbey was incredible!

    I really liked the 1:00 p.m. cannon clock strike. I did not find the crowds bothersome because it is very geoted inside the castle. I thought it was all beautifully and clearly put down. Very impressive what all happened there.

    This was a day out for myself and my 17 year old granddaughter. We had a great experience, full of screams and laughter. Each room was full of suspense, story telling and surprises.

    Sonia was a great guide. Informative with humour, the perfect mix. The 90 minute tour was great to give an overview and left enough time to have a look over the castle at your own pace afterwards. I think she deserves a massive pay rise !!!
