Welcome aboard The Royal Yacht Britannia, a ship that served as a floating palace for the British Royal Family for over four decades. As you step onto the decks of this iconic vessel, you are walking in the footsteps of kings, queens, and world leaders. Now permanently berthed in Leith, Edinburgh, Britannia offers a rare and intimate glimpse into both the public and private lives of the monarchy.
Getting started
Located at Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh, Britannia is easily accessible by public transport from the city centre. Upon arrival, present your ticket for a timed entry slot, though you are welcome to stay on board as long as you wish once you have embarked. We recommend allowing at least 1.5 to 2 hours to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
