Today has truly been a wonderful experience. I’ve visited many zoos before, but this one has instantly become my favourite. Every part of the visit was enjoyable, but seeing the penguins was definitely the highlight—they were absolutely adorable and really made my day special. The atmosphere here is fantastic and I felt really welcome throughout my visit. There are still so many things I’d love to try, so I’m already looking forward to coming back and enjoying even more of what you have to offer. Thank you for creating such a delightful place for people to explore and make memories. I can’t wait to return!

A great day out! We had a fab day. All staff were so welcoming and friendly. The zoo is packed and visiting outside of holidays meant it wasnt too busy. We had plenty of time to sit by enclosures watching the animals.

booking was very easy no difficulty, zoo staff were most helpful always around for questions apart from the hill gradient being steep is most definitely worth the entrance fee don't plan on doing anything else as you need to take it slow not rush better to plan for the whole day very very enjoyable day, only draw back is the price of food and if planning to buy souvenirs even for gifts for one person expect to set aside up to £100. I spent £35. BUT all in all I would rate my experience 10 out of 10 and plan on going again.

Sunday -17 th May we had an amazing day at Edinburgh Zoo! The zoo is very clean, well organized, and the animals look well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were lots of interesting areas to explore. We especially loved the penguins and the beautiful views across Edinburgh. A perfect place for families, couples, or anyone who loves animals. Highly recommend visiting!
