It was very interesting. This is my 3rd Dubai visit and the only time o was able to book a pass to Future Museum which i was to happy about. I think mostly stood out for me like; the travel to outside the world to see the new Sun Energy technology. Its very interesting and excited to experience that. Additionally, the Collection of DNAs. With our world now, its sad that a lot of species got extinct which the next generation might not able to see anymore other than the books. But happy to know that 2500 DNAs are now preserved for the future. The future innovation like the body scanner and the plastic replacement to seaweed is also very interesting for me. And the staff were so friendly and nice. Overall, it was a very memorable experience. Thank you.

Booking tickets was very easy and quick. Entering the museum was a little more difficult, as we had to wait in line for about 40-45 minutes. A big downside is that the Headout app clearly states that this booking entitles you to 3 hours of free parking. The museum staff knew nothing about this, and the app does not specify how to apply for this free parking. Therefore, we paid 60 dirhams for parking.... This is disappointing, Headout....

The ZTickets worked perfectly. Therefore, 4 stars. The Future Museum disappointed us greatly. Much too long waiting times. And when it's your turn, there's not much of the future to see. The museum looks fantastic from the outside and you expect something grand. Unfortunately, it has very little to offer. Much too expensive. Dubai Frame also had long waiting times. But it was good. Fast elevator and you get a good view. The price-performance ratio is okay.

The museum is really interesting. It's just a shame that you couldn't walk through it at your own pace but had to stay in large groups. It's also a shame that everything was only translated into English and Arabic – perhaps that could be changed. Otherwise, it's a very interesting museum that is definitely worth seeing.

Infinity des Lumières is the ultimate digital art experience, present in the Middle East. It is also known to be the biggest digital art venue in the GCC region. With over 130 projectors and 58 speakers, located in the iconic Dubai Mall. This digital facade is the largest within Dubai Mall. This magnificent art projection has a total display area of 200 square meters, while its Boutique is an experience in its own right, directly accessible to everyone from the mall.

** The Architect of Imagination **

Antoni Gaudi, a pioneer ahead of his time, had a limitless imagination. Indeed spiritual in nature, his artwork has the magical ability to teleport the viewer into a magnificent alternative reality. Notice how his art radiates the special relationship he had with God and nature.

** The Odyssey of Abstraction **

Wassily Kandinsky’s hand played melody through colors. His breathtaking art has a magical mix of both worlds. Hope. It’s something the Museum of the Future stands for and wants to instill in all its visitors. When you visit the museum, you’ll have access to the most innovative, constructive, and important exhibitions and visual art that will help you understand what a sustainable future could be like fifty years into the future.

Through Five Chapters (or floors), you’ll be exposed to exhibits dealing with climate change, ecology, spirituality, the future of space travel, and more. Expect amazing Immersive theater, interactive exhibits, and themed attractions.

Start your journey on the 5th floor and the first destination you’ll experience is the Orbital Space Station (OSS) Hope. Listen to the missions and discoveries being undertaken and sign up to become a pioneer. Your journey continues into Chapter 2 or the ‘Heal Institute’ where the theme of climate change is discussed. Chapter 3 is ‘Al Waha’ or the ‘Oasis’ where you’re to engage your senses, let go of technological attachment, and just imagine. Chapter 4: Tomorrow Today asks you to dive back into observing the technological advancements of the world since 2022. The last chapter – Chapter 5: Future Heroes – is especially geared for children and they’re free to run wild with their future-building imagination on this level.

Important Information

Infinity des Lumières

As per government guidelines, all visitors are required to wear a face mask to enter and access the venue, except for small children up to 3 years.

This exhibit is wheelchair accessible.

Guests of determination will get a free ticket, which has to be purchased at the venue. You are required to carry proof of your disability status.

Photography, without flash or a tripod is permitted.

Museum of the Future

Tickets need to be exchanged for wristbands at the entrance.

The Museum of the Future has a strict policy for maintaining the time slot selected. Besides a grace period of 30 mins before/after the selected time slot, early/late entrance to the Museum will be denied.

The full self-guided visit is expected to take approximately 2 hours. Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time slot. If you miss your entry time, the attraction will try to accommodate you on the next available time slot on the same day subject to availability.

Children under the age of three can go free but a free ticket should be booked online.

Guests under the age of sixteen are to be accompanied by a paid adult ticket.

Infant strollers are allowed inside the museum.

You’re encouraged to travel via Metro or other more sustainable means. Self-parking for museum ticket holders on the day of validity is available free of charge for 3 hours, however, parking spaces are limited and subject to availability (electric car charging is available). Valet parking is available at an additional charge.

Photography and videography are allowed as long as the images are taken using existing light only (no flash) and are for personal, non-commercial use.

Please dress in a manner that is appropriate for a public space in the UAE and is respectful of the local culture.

Food and beverages are available for purchase and are to be consumed in designated areas. Guests may bring their own food to consume in the lobby and gardens.

Caregivers may bring snacks and drinks to the Future Heroes floor but not past the entry barrier. No food or drink is allowed in the other exhibitions out of concern for the safety of all guests.
