The sevice from Headcount was exceptional!!!! No issue on their part However the experience at the Plaza lounge at Heathrow was well below the expected standard A much better experience would have been to eat in one of the airport Restaurants

It was so easy to book. Then when I arrived, all I had to do was show them the ticket on the app and was ushered in. They gave me a seat where I could charge my devices. The food and drinks were convenient and the staff was most helpful.

We were taken directly to a table that was in the reserved section. The food selection was on par for airport lounge. We moved over to the seating area and relaxed post meal.

The experience was really good but by the time we were allowed to check in our bags and enter the lounge then had to go for our flight ment we had one and a half hours so l thought £82 was a bit expensive for the two of us we just had a cup of tea and small amount of food each would l do it again l don't know probably not unless we could sit in comfort for the three hours

From the minute I walked in I was made to feel welcome, having booked through head out there was a table booked for me, no having to look round lounge, I spent 4 hours in the lounge and felt refreshed and ready foor my next flight
