Really easy to reserve and cancel, if needed. Checking in was a breeze and I was given a reserved spot, which means a comfy chair with an outlet and small table, endless amounts of food and drinks. Was able to work and nap, which is not usually the case at Heathrow.

We liked the fact that there was a reserved area for pre bookers. Staff kept the areas clear of used dishes. I would have liked muesli but that's just me. Lemon drizzle was delicious! Chairs comfortable and plenty of charging points.

The hot breakfast buffet was limited selection, lukewarm and served on cold plates! I did have an allocated seat which I had to eat on my lap as no table, and someone who did not have a seat was hovering over beside me - not relaxing The noise from the airport came through, there was little peace and quiet and the server was unfriendly. Not what I expected, definitely not "premium" - there are better places to sit and have a nice meal in the terminal than that lounge which is just cramped and cordoned off. Not well spent money
