It was nice to have an "oasis" from the craziness that is airport waiting. Nice food, convenient ways to charge my devices, and friendliness of the staff made it well worth it!

The experience was really good but by the time we were allowed to check in our bags and enter the lounge then had to go for our flight ment we had one and a half hours so l thought £82 was a bit expensive for the two of us we just had a cup of tea and small amount of food each would l do it again l don't know probably not unless we could sit in comfort for the three hours

We had a 7-hour layover so it was great to have a place to relax while we waited for our gate assignment. Service was good. Good selection of food and drinks. Seating was fairly comfortable. Was able to put my feet up on my carryon but would have been better to have loungers.

From the minute I walked in I was made to feel welcome, having booked through head out there was a table booked for me, no having to look round lounge, I spent 4 hours in the lounge and felt refreshed and ready foor my next flight
