Having pre booked coach transport to and from the Harry Potter Studio made the day so much more relaxed. The on board video was a good introduction to the studio, but the quality of pictures and text on the headrest screens wasn't great. The studio exhibits were excellent, with loads of details and insights throughout that I'd not known beforehand. All in all, a wonderful, enjoyable and hassle free day!

Using Headout was incredibly easy. The Tower of London was wonderful. We loved all the history. The Crown Jewels are, of course, exquisite. However, be prepared for a line outside and load of people indoors crowding to see the jewels. Tower Bridge was incredible. We were fortunate enough to see the bridge raise from the glass bottom floor. The Cat activity for kids was a hit and my daughter really enjoyed it.

My wife & I took my 8 year old nephew, we had already been up before but this was his first time and he really enjoyed it! He was the only young person in the group and the climb leader Bo made sure he was at the front, which Fletcher loved. Bo was really enthusiastic and explained everything really well. Thank you Lisanne, Rachel & Fletcher
