Staff was friendly. Attraction was clean and included kids activity to keep little ones happy. Glass floors were our favorite part!

This is a busy attraction so it helped to have timed tickets and we entered at around the time booked. I had to young teenagers with me and they were very engaged with the experience. They lapped up the information provided on wieights , power , processes , projects time taken for completion of jobs, etc . They enjoyed the glass walkways on the bridges and were amazed at the gleaming well kept engines on the Engine Room. They wanted to return to watch the opening of the bridge in the afternoon but we were put off by the rain which became heavier around the time of the opening. They thoroughly enjoyed the Tower Bridge and Engine Room trip.

Es uno de los imperdibles de Londres. Conocer la historia del Puente de Londres y conocerlo interiormente es fabuloso. Caminar por los puentes con piso de cristal también es una gran vivencia. Muy recomendable.

Ticketing was very easy and entry was brilliant. Really gratefully for the person at the top of the stairs, letting us know the bridge would lift shortly - my grandson thought it was a great to see. If we hadn't been told we might have missed it so, thank you to the gentleman!
