The encounter with penguins was the most fun, but there are many interesting fish species to see in well-designed tanks. Interesting comments. Only flaw, some of the tanks don't look very clean.

The experience for me, my cousin and my baby was mind blowing. I love everything. I'm not a fan of fish especially eating fish but I saw fishes that I didn't even believe could exist. Saw sharks up close, it was amazing.

Jellyfish were cool, Nemo was pretty, turtles were majestic and the baby box fish was also cute. So many cute animals, we loved it!

Walk through transparent tunnels that immerse you in the underwater world, offering unique perspectives on marine life.

Encounter iconic marine species

Explore the 14 different aquarium zones and say hello to the animals that inhabit them. Brave the depths of the Pacific before making your way through a rainforest. Admire sparkling silver shoals and meet the Common Octopus, or observe a curious ray gracefully glide as you eye them. Brrr-ace yourself for the chills and thrills as you journey across an icy landscape and see how a colony of adorable Gentoo Penguins live out their lives. Watch the feeding frenzy of the UK's largest collection of piranhas, or spot Betty the Bowmouth Guitarfish (she's half-shark, half-ray!) at the ancient Ship Wreck.

Safety is a priority, so the VR experience is restricted for guests under the age of 6 years.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
Your guide dogs and other assistance animals are welcome at the venue.
Carers of disabled guests get free entry, provided they can show proper documentation.

Additional information

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid full-priced ticket.
Infants under the age of 2 require a valid ticket.
Carer's ticket will be deemed invalid if not accompanied by at least 1 person with a valid full-priced ticket.
The virtual reality experience is operated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a possible wait time at popular times.
The penguin habitat is currently undergoing a planned refurbishment and will be back very soon.
