Once you arrive, settle in for a pre-sunrise drone show, a breathtaking prelude to the day's adventure. For the next hour, you’ll drift high above the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve—a protected sanctuary that is home to a variety of native wildlife.

More than a hot air balloon ride

In the golden light of sunrise, look out for Arabian oryx, gazelles, and even desert foxes roaming the sands below. The reserve is an important refuge for these species, especially the Arabian oryx, which was once on the brink of extinction and has now made a remarkable recovery. During the flight, you’ll also be treated to an in-flight falcon show, adding an element of thrill to your journey. After a gentle descent, your morning continues with a touch of luxury—a gourmet breakfast crafted by a Michelin chef. Served in a beautiful desert setting, the meal offers an array of mouthwatering dishes. The spread includes classic breakfast favorites along with Middle Eastern specialties that bring local flavors to your table.

What to bring

Bring your sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, and comfortable clothes. You can also carry a sweater or scarf for something warm to wear, especially before sunrise.

What’s not allowed

Safety is a priority, so this experience is restricted for children aged under 5 years.

The experience is restricted for women who are more than 3 months pregnant.

Due to the strict rules and regulations of the UAE's Government guests are not allowed to fly drones during flight.

Accessibility

This experience is not recommended for guests with adverse health conditions, had major surgery in the last six months, a broken arm/leg in the last six months, or chronic back or neck injuries.

Vegetarians and those with gluten intolerances will be accommodated. Please inform of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Hotel transfers from Dubai will be in a shared, air-conditioned vehicle. Each vehicle can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests.

This hot air balloon experience is weather-dependent. The pilots reserve the right to cancel the flight if conditions are unsuitable. In the event of a cancellation, an alternate date will be offered or a full refund provided.

Depending on age, children on tours may need to use booster seats or other approved child safety seats. The operator reserves the right to refuse children on tours for safety reasons.
