The guide for the day tour (Guided magic of London Tour with Afternoon tea at Harrods) was excellent. The bus was very confortable, and because we were the only ones going to Harrods, they took us with a private taxi to Harrods and up to the "Georgian".

Too bad the guide didn't speak French. For such a touristy city, it would be nice if the guides were multilingual. So we didn't understand the various explanations. We followed the group.
