We went to see westlife at the 02 arena, the cable car allowed us to see the arena from the other side and see how large it actually is, we were able to watch the climbers at the top of the arena too. We then saw a food festival that was happening on the other side and someone was water boarding too. It just made our whole day magical. I will definitely be back again soon as we would love to show my children and grandchild the other side of London. Many thanks for making our day special

The combination of London from above and London from the water was absolutely amazing to get a good feeling for the city and see a lot of sights in one time and from different perspectives. Because the boat tour is flexible, you can hop off at another destination and continue your sight seeing. On the boat, you also get a lot of interesting information and storys, the captains are very committed. Wouldn't miss it!

The Cutty Sark was in excellent condition - a remarkable renovation. The Cable Car a totally new experince with great views/. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed the trip - apart the slightly high wind.
The slight downside is simply the difficulty & time in getting to both venues.

We went on a Monday and there was no queue so we hopped straight on. The weather was sunny and bright so the views were fantastic.
I really enjoyed the ride and being so close to the O2 meant lots of places to choose from for lunch.

- This experience is wheelchair accessible.
- The maximum weight for wheelchairs is 300kg, and the maximum size is 700mm by 1300mm.
- You get on and off through the same doors, so there may not be enough space for you to turn around. This means you may have to reverse your wheelchair or scooter to get in or out of the cars.
- The cable cars can be slowed down to allow you plenty of time to board.
- Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters must be turned off inside the cars.
- This experience may not be suitable for guests with vertigo, motion sensitivity, acrophobia (fear of heights), heart conditions, or anxiety disorders.
- For your convenience, your guide dogs are welcome to join you.

IFS Cloud Cable Car
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for boarding procedures.
- Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking.
- You can either remain in the car and return to your starting terminal or get off at the opposite terminal and make your return at any time on the same day.
- The cars arrive every 30 seconds and carry up to 10 people.
- One-way journeys take up to 10 minutes but vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.
- The IFS Cloud Cable Car may temporarily close due to lightning and thunder in the immediate area or very strong winds.
- Bicycles are accepted on the IFS Cloud Cable Car at all times. Guests with bicycles travel for free on the cable car before 10:30am on weekdays, excluding bank holidays.
- Children under the age of five travel free (when accompanied by a fare-paying adult). Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Pets are allowed in the cars but must be carried at all times.

- The average cruising time for a Thames sightseeing cruise from one pier to the other is 40 mins, except from Westminster Pier to London Eye Pier, which is 10 mins.
