My friend and I are mature ladies (!) but didn't let that put us off booking this ostensibly children's experience. We booked for 10.30 am but arrived early and were pleased to be allowed to enter at 10.00 am. The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the start. The actors were superb and we both enjoyed all the different immersive rooms, particularly the jungles of Peru! Do remember to look out for the 14 marmalade sandwiches that are hidden around the experience! We can both thoroughly recommend this experience, regardless of your age (just channel your inner child!).

Absolutely amazing experience! We visited with five children, and honestly, both the kids and the adults had an incredible time. There is so much interaction throughout the experience that everyone stays engaged from start to finish. The actors were absolutely outstanding—their energy, humour and talent made us feel like we were part of Paddington’s story. Everything was beautifully organised, fun and full of surprises. One of the best family attractions we’ve visited in London. Highly recommend for both children and adults!

This was a great day out such good value for money. The experience lasted 60 minutes then you had free time to meet Paddington afterwards and play in the play area. We were there almost 2 hours. My grandson is 4 years old and he loved it. The actors made it extra special each one spending so much time with the children . We didn't feel rushed at all and it was a very special experience.

If you're traveling to London with children, it's a great way to introduce them to the capital. My grandchildren, my wife and I have appreciated the reconstruction of enviroment but even more the great ability of peple acting in the experience, since waiting for the the train on, and their capacity of involving the children (and the accompanying adults) so that it was a real "experience".

Infants aged 3 and under can travel for free.

During the Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace, public transport and sightseeing buses are not allowed in front of the palace. The 1pm tour will be diverted on these days.

One adult may accompany a maximum of five children (2 - 15 years of age).
