Visiting the Dubai Frame was a delightful experience for my wife and me. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and we were pleased to see many families with children enjoying their time there as well. The staff were wonderful, always ready to assist and enhance our visit. The views from the top were simply breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of the city. However, it was a bit disappointing that they didn’t provide cold water but that said, there was a good selection of other drinks, including hot beverages, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lovely café located downstairs. Overall, our visit to the Dubai Frame was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a day out in Dubai.

I recently visited the Burj Khalifa for the first time, and the experience was truly mind-blowing! The views from the observation deck were stunning and exceeded my expectations. However, the waiting time was a different story altogether. We waited in line for almost 3 hours, which was exhausting, especially with kids and elders in tow. The lack of seating areas or a place to rest made it even more challenging. If you're planning to visit, I'd recommend planning ahead, considering tickets with priority access, or visiting during off-peak hours to minimize the wait. Despite the long wait, the view from the top was well worth it."

Amazing Experience at Dubai Frame! I booked my tickets through Headout, and the whole process was super smooth. Visiting the Burj Khalifa’s “At The Top” experience was truly unforgettable. The elevator ride alone — reaching the 124th/125th floors in seconds — was thrilling. The observation deck offers stunning 360° views of Dubai’s skyline, desert, and coastline. The ambience is well-organized, with helpful staff and smooth crowd management. Sunset time is the best for breathtaking photos. Overall, a must-do experience in Dubai for anyone who wants to see the city from a whole new perspective.

It's was a nice experience but very crowded but that has nothing to do with headout atleast. I saw that sometimes get option to pay with Google pay and sometimes doesn't, may be you can look into that.

If someone loves day time viewing from top of the frame then try to go early morning. I reached location at 8:30 and it was less crowded. For this price, frame should be part of your bucket list.

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times at the Laguna waterpark.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn inside the park at all times.

Outside food and beverage are strictly prohibited.

Management reserves the right to inspect all bags before entry into the park.
