What an unexpected pleasant surprise! We have expected a regular, no-thrills visit, based on previous reviews, and instead we got a downright AWESOME experience, perfectly suited for my wife's Birthday 🎂 🥰! The visit took much longer than we have expected as we could not get enough of it😀! We really enjoyed our Dubai Frame visit booked through Headout. Booking through Headout was the fastest option and cheaper than the other choices we found. The process was smooth, entry was easy, and the views from the top were amazing, especially seeing old Dubai on one side and modern Dubai on the other. A great family-friendly attraction and definitely worth visiting.

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times at the Laguna waterpark.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn inside the park at all times.

Outside food and beverage are strictly prohibited.

Management reserves the right to inspect all bags before entry into the park.
