We had a great view from Burj Khalifa. But there was no guide telling anything about it. But worse than that was the fact that the pictures through the glass had all reflections. Even the pictures on the terrace had to be made through glass instead of a fence or similar. Still it was a big experience. The Dubai Aquarium was top experience! Many animals were to be seen. Most of them looked like in a relatively natural habitat. The surroundings were also beautifully made and the employees were helpful and explained several things. At the end we could walk in front of the biggest Aquarium front with hundreds if not thousands of fishes and then even through a glass tunnel. All in all the best in Dubai.

Hello, everything worked great without queuing! Ticket via cell phone also worked very well offline! The only thing we didn't like was the Penguin Cove! There were only two shop windows! We were of the opinion or had understood that we were allowed to enter the penguins. For this we had to pay an extra 25 euros per person. Maybe you should mention it again when selling tickets that this is not included. Many thanks until next time

From booking to entering the Dubai Frame, the entire experience was seamless. The staff were warm and welcoming, and everything was well-organised from start to finish. We arrived early at 9am, so there were no lines, allowing us to move through quickly yet still take our time to enjoy the visit. I liked how the visit was scheduled so that there was crowd control. Morning time is definitely better. The videos and information on the walls were historically and culturally very informative and interesting. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The view was awesome and the elevator ride truly amazing. My friend and I were part of innovation and inspiration on this monumental structure.

The visit to the Burj Khalifa was impressive. Even the elevator ride is exciting. The weather was good and the view was excellent. We had tickets for 9:00 am and that was the right decision - no waiting time. Afterwards we visited the Dubai Aquarium (combined ticket). Sharks and rays close enough to touch. 😉

Very nice to see but disappointed that I booked a slot time but still had to wait in a long queue to get a ticket and then queue to get up the lift, took over an hour to just get to the lift so allow lots of time. I know they have a vip service so that would avoid the queues. A nice experience.

Accessibility

Guests with disabilities need to show a Person of Disability ID card at the Guest Relations counter to receive a POD wristband (a blue bracelet that grants VIP fast-track access to all rides and attractions). In cases of visible disability and no POD ID card, guests can show a normal ID requesting a POD bracelet.

Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis upon showing a valid ID and a deposit of 100 AED.

Strollers are available to rent in two sizes. Single: AED 40 | Double: AED 60

Burj Khalifa

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

IMG Worlds of Adventure

IMG Worlds of Adventures has launched a new exciting Weekend Offer valid every Thursday to Saturday from 12pm to 10pm with additional fun-filled live performances, parades and dances.

Children of height up to 105 cm in height may enter for free.

These tickets are valid for both residents and non-residents of the UAE and give you access to all 22 rides in the park The opening hours are subject to change.

Closing times indicate the times that the queues close, the exception being 'Haunted Hotel’, which has limited capacity.

The queues will close up to 2 hours before the park's closing time in case of maximum capacity.

Please note: Some individual rides have extra height requirements for safety. To know more, please refer to this guide book.

Outside food is not allowed. There are 28 F&B outlets offering 13 different cuisine types at the venue.

Storage lockers are available at the park entrance at an additional fee: Small: AED 45 | Large: AED 55 | Jumbo: AED 60.
