Best things to do in Sydney

The cable car rides to the steepest train ride in the southern hemisphere,to the scenic vantage points everywhere for you great photo shots, beautiful walks through the forest,just a great day out

From the moment you walked in it was awesome digital noise and a huge projection up on the screen, my 10-year-old son is so excited. The props and the way they were able to turn the stage from scene to scene was absolutely incredible 10 out of 10.

Staff very efficient and friendly. All the different bay sights really great in good weather. Alighted only at Manly (very viby) - DeVita restaurant outstanding. Returned to Circular Key and visited the Opera House.

The atmosphere was great, the performances all round (especially by Guanqun Yu and Samuel Dundas) were fantastic; superb quality as befits such an exceptional building.

It was my first time at the opera and that was amazing. I really liked that the singers present themselves and explained what were their character for. The stage and the opera itself are also architecturally speaking a piece of art. To discover the opera, the mix of different famous opera was the perfect choice !!!

I recently purchased the Sydney combo attraction package that includes SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo, Sydney Tower Eye, and Madame Tussauds, and it was absolutely worth it. SEA LIFE was fascinating, especially the underwater tunnel with sharks and rays swimming above you. WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo gave a great introduction to Australia’s unique animals like kangaroos, koalas, and wombats, all in a compact and well-designed space. Madame Tussauds was fun and interactive, with realistic wax figures of global celebrities, athletes, and Australian icons—perfect for photos. The highlight for me was the Sydney Tower Eye, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the city, harbour, and beyond. Overall, the combo package is ideal for tourists with limited time in Sydney. Everything is centrally located, well-organized, and easy to visit in one day. I highly recommend it for first-time visitors looking to experience Sydney’s top attractions in a smart and enjoyable way.

Ian (from the Potteries in the UK). The SCG tour is a must for all cricket lovers. Our host was Stuart who was brilliant. Stuart told us stories of great achievements at the SCG (both Aussie and overseas) including some names I'd not heard of, e.g. 'The Demon'. The tour includes the press box, the 'cramped' commentators box, and the home and away changing rooms. Fabulous!
