What's not allowed

• No food or drink inside the attraction zones.

• Professional camera equipment (tripods, large rigs) is not permitted; phones and standard cameras are fine.

• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.

• Children under 2 enter free; bring ID or passport for age verification at the door.

• For the Carnival Carnage 7D ride: children under 12 must have a 1:1 adult chaperone on the ride itself.

• Tickets are non-refundable, but you can cancel up to 24 hours before your entry time for a full refund. No same-day cancellations.
