Getting there: 10-minute flat walk from Town Hall or Wynyard train stations. Darling Harbour ferry wharf is a 2-minute walk.

Duration: Most visitors spend 1.5 hours; allow up to 2 hours if you plan to do every zone and add the 7D ride.

Online booking is strongly recommended, especially on weekends and during NSW school holidays; walk-up tickets are subject to availability.

No food on-site: There are no cafés inside the venue. Plenty of dining options are within a 5-minute walk along Cockle Bay Wharf and Darling Harbour.
