We visited Chillout Lounge Café yesterday, and it was such a refreshing experience. From the moment we entered, everything was smooth. our tickets were scanned, and we were given jackets, hats, and gloves to brave the icy temperatures inside. The place was like a mini winter wonderland, filled with ice sculptures and cozy photo spots. It was freezing, but in a fun way. the perfect escape from the Dubai heat. What really stood out was the hot chocolate they served which is not included in the tickets. You gotta buy it separately as per the chilliout policy. After walking around in the cold, that warm drink was just what we needed. We sat, sipped, and had some lovely family time. Overall, it was a unique and fun experience. something I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for something different in Dubai.

Very nicely done place and affordable. The person inside the cool area was very courteous and served us hot chocolate which was very nice at -5 degrees temperature

It was amazing, fun and would love to go back again.

Escape the desert heat and head on over to the Chillout Lounge, the Middle East's first ice lounge, home to ice sculptures, ice-seating, and sub-zero temperatures! Upon arrival, you will be handed thermal clothing to keep you warm. Put on your thermal wear: a hooded parka, woolen gloves, shoes and socks, gloves, and a hat. Let your body adjust to the low temperature (it'll go down to 5 degrees Celsius) as you spend a few minutes in the buffer zone area.

During your 1-hour visit, marvel at the innovative use of refrigeration, lighting, and architecture. If you think about it, Chillout Lounge is a captivating blend of ice, glass, and steel - an architectural marvel in itself. Notice how the diffused lighting changes colors and seeps out through crystal-clear blocks of ice. This process ends up creating hues of mesmerizing patterns.

Additional information

It is recommended that you do not take infants below 1 year of age inside the lounge (although this is at the parent's discretion).

Children must always be accompanied by an Adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit.

Thermal clothing will be provided for all guests. It is recommended that you wear clothing covering your legs as thermal trousers are not provided. The lounge also has a buffer zone where guests are advised to spend 2-3 minutes acclimatizing their bodies to the sub-zero temperature inside the lounge.
