When I missed the entry date by a day and I didn't realise till I arrived at the venue, all I had to do was call and my ticket was switched to the day I arrived at the venue. It was seamless and well appreciated. My family had a nice day out.

What’s not allowed

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Safety first! Some rides are restricted for people with back or neck issues, cardiac issues, those who have undergone surgery recently, and pregnant women.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the theme park but are not allowed on the rides or in the zoo.

Guests who have the proper documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket.

Additional information

Children under the age of 12 will be admitted unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Each ride has its own height restriction, ranging from 0.9 m to 1.4 m minimum.

Please also note that children shorter than 0.9 m can enjoy multiple attractions accompanied by an adult over the age of 16.

Those who wish to leave the theme park and re-enter on the same day should be sure to get their hand stamped as they exit.
