Important Information

Dubai City Tour

• The Dubai City Tour takes approximately 4-5 hours.

• Although the tour operator can and will drop you back to your hotel at the end of your tour, you can book your time slot for the Burj Khalifa close to the end of the tour, since the last attraction you'll visit is the Burj Khalifa itself so you can save yourself the extra travel!

Burj Khalifa

• No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

• Please arrive 30 mins early to avoid last-minute hassle at the ticket line.

• Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 90 minutes at the observatory.

• Please note that the average visiting time may extend accordingly during peak seasons and sunset time.

• Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes in the elevator queue.
