An absolute must-visit for families in Dubai! Stepping into The Green Planet from the desert heat feels like entering a completely different world. My kid was thrilled to see the sloths up close and have colorful birds flying right over our heads. The spiraling walkway around the massive indoor tree makes it so easy to explore all four levels. The staff was incredibly friendly and educated the kids on the animals. Highly recommend booking your tickets in advance online to skip the lines! Visiting the Burj Khalifa in Dubai was the highlight of my trip. I booked the “At the Top, Level 124+125” ticket for sunset and it was perfect timing. The elevator ride alone is an experience – you shoot up 124 floors in under a minute with a cool light show. Then you step out to the observation deck and... wow. The view over Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Fountain, and the desert stretching out is completely unmatched. It was busy, but the space is huge so it never felt cramped. Staff were helpful and the photo spots were well organized. Watching the fountain show from 555m up while the city lights came on gave me chills. Best experience overall Giann Cebu, Philippines

Important Information

Burj Khalifa

Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.

Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes in the elevator queue.

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

Green Planet

Green Planet is wheelchair-friendly.

Food, beverages, and smoking are strictly not allowed in The Green Planet.

You cannot bring monopods, selfie sticks, or tripods into The Green Planet. Flash photography is also not allowed here.

You are entitled to 4 hours of free parking at underground City Walk mall parking with a minimum spend of AED 100 at The Green Planet. You will need to validate your token before exiting, each additional hour is charged at AED 20.
