It was very organised. The Tour guide Soni contacted via WhatsApp several times that day and even with an exact pick up time. He was very polite and curtious as I was a solo female traveler. He took pictures for me and always checked in during activities. This was my first tour as a solo traveler and I couldn't have been happier how comfortable Soni made me feel. I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!Caroline

Despite a shaky start as I was at the Dubai Mall and then caught a taxi to the Burj only to find out the entrance to At The Top was back at Dubai Mall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The lift to the top was amazing as were the views.

The early morning visit was absolutely fantastic! There were hardly any people, which made the experience particularly pleasant - no long waiting times and plenty of peace and quiet to enjoy the view. The sunrise was simply gorgeous - an unforgettable moment with a breathtaking view over Dubai. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Burj Khalifa - it's worth getting up early!

Zoom up one of the fastest elevators in the world to the 124th and 125th floors of the world’s tallest building. From a dizzying height of 452 meters, drink in the stunning view of the city, desert, and ocean spread out below you, through floor-to-ceiling glass walls and an open-air terrace.
KidZania
Complete with buildings, paved roads, and vehicles, KidZania lets your kids closely experience adult life through role-playing in a child-sized city! Your children can experience first-hand what it is to work in 80 professions including aviation, construction, dentistry, and fashion. Along with learning how to independently manage finances with an active banking system, they can also learn to cultivate important skills such as socialization, cooperation, independence, and confidence.
Armed with 50 KidZos, once inside the park, they can earn or spend as they wish, and participate in plenty of activities with “Supervisors” guiding your children through all of them.

Burj Khalifa
- Prime Hours from 1 Dec 2022: 3pm to 6:30pm
- At the Top, Burj Khalifa is open from 8:30am to 11pm.
- Tickets are available for time slots every 30 minutes.
- Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.
- Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes at the elevator queue.
KidZania
- Weekdays: 12 noon - 10pm
- Thur to Sat: 10am - 10pm
Important Information
- No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.
- If visiting with a toddler and a child, you can take your toddler to the Fun First Nursery, while you accompany your older child around KidZania (additional costs apply)
