The reserved seating was great and was good to have refreshment and food prior to take off. Disappointed we could not have a shower as they were out of action. Probably not good to advertise that you have shower facilities when there was only one shower first all those people.

After booking in advance it was very easy to get in. Staff took you to reserved table. We first sat at a table for food and then moved to a couch for comfort. Easy to get drinks from the bar. There is not much choice of food but sufficient to keep us going.

The service was good, although I was told that they normally don't accept bookings through you. Also, it would have been nice to have the option of reserving the shower and a table through you guys. Some more breakfast options would also be plus.

The lounge at Heathrow terminal 5 is not the quality I have experienced at other lounges. We had a seat at a table rather than a choice of seating. The single bar tender did not speak English and was overwhelmed. Food was good but limited choice. Complimentary drinks very limited. But better than sitting in the terminal! Airport was crowded and we would not have got in without pre booking

The food was terrible staff fantastic but for the money $126 Australian dollars the food was not what I expected no rose wine seating was a little disappointing thought I was a premium lounge I paid extra for what I thought was gonna be more of a five star Experience
