Just for the sheer number of sharks and the gigantic crocodile alone, it's worth the trip. And seeing the penguins swim and dive is also worth the detour.

Two great attractions in one day. Both attractions were very enjoyable and well worth visiting. The Dubai Aquarium is impressive, especially the huge tank and the variety of marine life. Walking through the tunnel gives fantastic views and is a great experience for both adults and children. The Green Planet was a pleasant surprise. The indoor rainforest is beautifully designed, with many interesting animals, birds and plants. It feels like stepping into a completely different environment in the middle of Dubai. The booking process through Headout was simple and convenient, and everything worked smoothly on the day of the visit. A great combination for anyone looking for something different from the usual Dubai attractions.

Your journey begins with the breathtaking 48-meter underwater tunnel, where you'll walk 11 meters below the surface, surrounded by 10 million liters of water teeming with marine life. Look up, down, and all around as 140+ species—including 300 sharks and rays—glide peacefully around you. The 270-degree acrylic tunnel creates an immersive experience that makes you feel truly submerged in this underwater world.

After exploring the mysteries of marine life in Dubai's urban center, the short 15-minute transfer brings you to Jumeirah, where you can actively participate in water-based thrills. Set against the backdrop of the iconic Burj Al Arab, this Arabian-themed water park offers a completely different yet complementary aquatic experience. The transition from observing underwater creatures to experiencing water adventures creates a natural progression that maximizes your appreciation for aquatic environments. Challenge yourself on the legendary Jumeirah Sceirah, plummeting 32 meters through a 120-meter tunnel at speeds of 80 km/h, while the proximity between attractions allows for easy exploration of both Dubai Mall's amenities and Jumeirah's luxury resort district.

Bring a valid ID for your visit. If you are booking the UAE resident pass, your Emirates ID is mandatory for entry.

What's not allowed

Some rides are restricted for guests shorter than 1.1m.

Inappropriate swimwear includes (but not restricted to): Underwear, cotton clothes, especially long, flowing garments, transparent bathing suits, street clothes, shorts with protruding designs such as rivets or other accessories on the back, long necklaces and chains, swimsuits with metal details such as buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and/or water slides, any clothing or accessory deemed potentially damaging to water slides, regular diapers/nappies.

Wearing spectacles (sunglasses, eyeglasses, etc.) while riding any of the rides is not permitted for safety purposes. Lanyards are available to purchase on-site.

For the health and safety of all guests, please do not swim if you or anyone in your family has diarrhea, especially babies and toddlers in diapers.

For hygiene, infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers in the water; regular diapers are not permitted. Swim diapers are available for purchase at our retail outlets. Please use the changing facilities in the men's and women's changing rooms, as diaper changes are not allowed poolside.

The following items are prohibited: outside food and beverages; glass items; intoxication; queue jumping; running and diving; devices that contain exposed needles that do not retract into the device, or with other sharp points or edges.

Photography and videography are permitted. However, specific exhibits do not allow flash photography for the safety of the animals.

Accessibility

Some water rides are active, participatory activities and carry a risk of injury. For your safety, do not use these attractions if you are pregnant, have medical restrictions on physical activity, are overweight for your body type, or are under a doctor's care.

This experience is not recommended for guests with underlying medical conditions, respiratory illnesses, or chronic diseases.

Before riding, please assess your own limitations to ensure safe participation, and always be aware of the water depth in all pools.

While most of the experience is pram/stroller accessible, some areas have stairs where you'll need to lift the pram to continue.

Wild Wadi

Guests may bring a 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above at all times. Children aged 14 and over can enter the park alone, but cannot be the accompanying guardian for younger children.

For your comfort, the water in Breaker's Bay (wave pool) and Juha's Dhow & Lagoon (children's play structure) is temperature-controlled year-round, staying cool in summer and warm in winter.

Full-body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash vests are acceptable on all rides.

For hygiene, please don't spit in the water and shower before using the slides.

You're welcome to use your GoPro on all rides except Jumeirah Sceirah, provided it has an attached strap.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult above 15 years at all times.
