What's not allowed
- Guests must weigh below 110 kg to participate in the experience.
- Meet & greet experience: Guests are required to be above 5 years old. Children 5 to 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Majestic deep swim: Guests are required to be above 8 years old. Children 8 to 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Entry from the main gate (street gate) is restricted.
