• Guests are required to collect their Safari Journey wristbands at the ticket counter prior to admission.

• It's recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

• It is required to wear clothes that cover shoulders and knees.

• Bring along sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat.

• Shows may be subject to change or cancellation due to bad weather or special events.

• Once the maximum capacity is reached at the theatres, the gates for the show will be closed.

• It is not allowed to feed the animals.

• Note that the following are not allowed during this experience: food and beverages flash photography, bicycles, scooter, skateboard, roller skates, balloons, balls, toy guns.
