What's not allowed

• Keep in mind food & beverages, drones, feeding and teasing the animals, littering the park, alcohol, scooters, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, remote-control toys, inline skates, bicycles, or shoes with built-in wheels are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside the venue.

• Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas at the venue.

• Strict dress code: Wear clothes covering the shoulders and knees

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

• Children below 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• The park reserves the right to delay or cancel live experiences such as live shows and animal feedings or close an attraction due to inclement weather or animal welfare

• Guests must feed the animals with the food provided by the caretakers only as other types of food may be harmful to them.
