Also those who have tasted its favorites will speak of its amazing Hummus, Jarjeer wa Hamba (Rocket and Green Mango Salad) and Lgeimat (Saffron Flavored Fritters), Shorba Harees (Wheat Soup) and the popular Shorbat Adas (Traditional Lentil Soup); which is loved by both locals and tourists.
