It was really easy to book through the app; they were always in touch and kept me updated—all of which made for a great visit

This museum isn't very big, but the music section was very interesting, and of course there was Michelangelo's David, which our Italian guide explained to us for an hour and a half.

My visit with Headout was special because everything felt smooth and well-organized from start to finish. The booking process was easy, the instructions were clear, and the experience itself exceeded my expectations. It made the whole outing stress-free and enjoyable

Easy access to the Basilica: there aren't many people around at this time of year (early April). A beautiful and impressive monument not to be missed! You can also enjoy spending some time in the vast, typically Italian square that stretches out in front of the Basilica or in one of the bars and restaurants lining it...

Avoid the Group tours by getting there early preferably 08:15 when the doors open. Go straight to the top floor for the modern art galleries. I managed to walk though these rooms practically on my own as everyone seemed to cram into the palace rooms on the first floor, which are worth a walk though. There are very little plaques to give content and history. Seems that they want you to purchase the audio tour as well. The next best thing about the palace are the gardens although much seemed to be draped in scaffolding for renovation. What with that and the palace treasure rooms being closed, I feel that this should have been reflected in the ticket price. Be very aware that every church, museum, palace and gallery has a price to get in so choose wisely.

The headout app made our visit special by providing the skip the line option and enter right after we arrived.The tickets with the fast generated pdf's from the application were ready to be scanned. The Headout app made our visit very smooth and pleasant.

It was a special experience with Ms. Vera Niemeyer because the art she told us about really came to life. Thank you very much for that.

The ticket pickup and audio guide worked perfectly. The only issue was that we were short on time. Headout should include a note in the final admission times stating that the Palazzo closes at 5:00 PM and visitors are asked to leave as early as 4:30 PM!
