The view was amazing ..Check in process through headout app was so easy any working without Internet connection... Staff at Burj was so welcoming.. Will definitely use headout app for my next trips and will recommend all to use it for their next trip it's so easy to use and discounts are great here

Our fast track entry was very good. The lines are shorter. The view from top floor is unobstructed and much better than 52nd floor

Easy to find the places for booking, useful suggestions, good prices, good discounts. On the place we have noticed how good are the rates we have booked on. We used hedout for many places with combos, had never problems with the online tickets. So I will use it during the next trip for sure.

I booked my tickets through Headout, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. I also got the tickets slighlty cheaper through headout. The tickets were easy to access and the barcodes were sent on the same email address i used whilst booking the tickets, and entry was quick with no issues at all. I’d highly recommend both the Dubai Frame and booking through Headout for a seamless experience. Definitely a must-visit attraction in Dubai! Atleast once ! I would say visit in the evening or during sunset for the best experience.

What I loved most was how it slowed me down. Inside, time felt different...no rush, no noise, just moving light, sound, and space that reacted to me. I wasn’t just looking at art; I was inside it. My shadow became part of the story, and every step felt intentional. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and strangely inspired, as if the museum didn’t just show art, but quietly reminded me how to feel again.

We had booked the 148th floor, which automatically included the Skylounge and therefore prioritized access. The organization was very good, but it still took about 1/2 hour to get to the top. The normal queue was extremely long and I can imagine that the waiting time there must have been over an hour. The technology and architecture were very beautiful. The view from the 148th floor was beautiful and breathtaking from this unique height. The glass balcony railings allowed an unobstructed wide view of everything near and far. One drawback on the 148th floor was that there was only one ladies' toilet and it had to be serviced accordingly. The Skylounge was a wonderful experience. Drinks served on request (the tea was a dream, drank 2 and a cappuccino decaf with oat milk) as well as super tasty pastries we enjoyed and could take a welcome break. Seats were very comfortable, but unfortunately a bit rare, especially the ones by the window were permanently occupied (I wouldn't have wanted to give them up :-D ). On the 124th floor there was a store and a café in addition to the view. We then went down again as a priority. I can only recommend the surcharge for the 148th, it was more than worth it. All in all, a visit to the world's tallest building is a must in Dubai.
