Last week

I'd never been to N... to the Friedrichstadt-Palast. Now a lifelong dream has come true, and I was overwhelmed. The building with the staircase famous from movies, the friendly staff welcoming everyone to 'their' palace, and of course the variety throughout the show. I felt that the performers still radiate pure joy even after so many shows, and I'm sending a warm, lingering smile to Berlin.

The tour was divided into two parts. First, a walking tour with a super nice and well-informed guide (Mathias), who led us through the government district. That was really informative. Then we went into the Reichstag, the sacred hall of democracy. Everything was well pre-booked and run by the Bundestag administration. Very interesting! Great that so many people are interested in our system.

The visit to Heide Park was simply wonderful. The kids had a lot of fun, and I enjoyed the beauty of the park. Unfortunately, it was just extremely expensive.

A must see when you visit Berlin. The retro vibe of the restaurant located in the top of the TV tower is amazing. Food is by Tim Raue and it shows. Views are phenomenal and you get 360 views because the restaurant revolves. One level below the restaurant you get to check again what you actually saw. Berlin is beautiful
