A pleasant, educational, and above all entertaining way to get an overview, with interesting facts and anecdotes. It was interesting and a lot of fun. It was truly engaging—even for my two teenagers, who didn’t understand everything linguistically. I highly recommend it.

The staff were super friendly, from the entrance all the way to the top. Beautiful view at dusk. The lighting inside could be adjusted a bit more so you can see outside better. But overall, it was really great.

I had booked in advance. Once we got there, we were able to change our reservation without any problems, so we were allowed to board 45 minutes early. Really friendly staff, and we had some great conversations with the captain. We’d love to do it again!!!

The booking and check-in were straightforward and went smoothly. I was particularly pleased with the clear communication and information regarding the last-minute change to the itinerary, as the Water Police were on duty that day, resulting in a temporary suspension of boat traffic. The padded chairs were comfortable and arranged in rows. Thanks to the open seating and the small tables, the seating arrangement was pleasant. Drinks and snacks could be ordered during the trip. Andreas’s live commentary was a special highlight: humorous, informative, and varied. He shared interesting anecdotes, answered questions, and made sure that both the outbound and return trips were engaging and entertaining. All in all, a very successful cruise with good organization, friendly service, and a great guide. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the cruise anytime.
