Easy to find, friendly staff, love that the boat is quiet, both in terms of operation and optional commentary available on a small hand-held device, so no loudspeaker blaring. The route takes in a lot of interesting buildings and areas.

It's really beautiful; you get to see parts of Berlin that aren't easily accessible if you're only visiting the city for a few days. Audio guides are available, which make the tour even more interesting.

It was a wonderful tour, with lots of great explanations, which unfortunately sometimes got lost in the chatter of the other passengers. We saw and learned a lot and had a lovely time together. We’d love to come back (also because of the delicious pea soup).
