We were there in october and the crowd was perfect there werent too many people but i wasnt full empty. The view was amazing. The acces was easy as well and the mall under the tower has free parking for 3 or 4 hours. We saw the whole Dubai from the middle of the palm and it was beautiful. We loved it. And everyone in the city is so nice and helpfull, just like here the janitors the security... everyone was kind and nice.

Visiting The View at The Palm was a wonderful experience. The 360-degree panoramic view of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and Dubai’s skyline is truly breathtaking. The elevator ride was smooth and interactive, and the outdoor terrace provided perfect photo opportunities. Staff were polite and helpful, making the visit seamless. I recommend visiting around sunset for the most spectacular views. Definitely worth it!

Spectacular view of the palm tree, the best time in my opinion is at sunset but you have to consider almost an hour of queuing. I recommend buying the fast track to skip the line. On the other hand, from what I have seen there is no need to spend more for the top time slot ticket because at least in my case they did not take it into consideration.

Amazing value for the tickets on Headout website/app. Once we got to the view, it was all so very easy. Showed the QR code and straight in. To be honest, I wasn't expecting such ease! The view of the palm itself... I mean words can't describe it and anything online you see doesn't do it justice. It was breathtaking!

The elevator needs to have a proper air conditioner, the security needs to control the number of people in the elevator. It's mandatory to have a cooling system in the rooftop for visitors to spend a good time there and enjoy it. I felt like i paid money and just ran away from their for all these distractions.

It was the best experience way far! The building it self was beautiful, very clean and all the colleagues were super kind and helpful! And the view... wondeful!! Way better than Burj Khalifa at the top.. We are gonna come back, I'm sure, and I'm gonna recommend it for everyone! Thank You for this experience!
