Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and helped us to appreciate the art and history related to Florence. We definitely recommend!

The guide was excellent with great information. Entry was easy and quick. The woman contact was not pleasant or helpful. She stated she had called my number twice, I had no missed calls, a issue with internataional connection? She was unpleasant. Guide excellent, meet up woman, meh

Another great tour. Our guide was amazing unfortunately had forgotten her name but she was originally from Sicily and studied ancient history. A very small intimate group that consisted of my boyfriend and I and, a mother and daughter we had met on an earlier tour to the Academia that same day. I personally liked the very small group, as it allowed for a quick start and swift entry into the museum. Our guide was very knowledgable and there was plenty of time and room for questions that were well answered. Paintings discussed in detail as well as historical context to the time period and the artist behind them. A well timed tour that left us feeling like we had covered the important parts, and were free to do as we pleased and revisit areas we wanted to see again, at the end of the tour. Highly recommended.

Difficult finding the rep in the first place as so crowded and no signs. But once found the rep and the guide especially were just excellent.

Getting information prior to the tours was not clear. The tours themselves were well run but too little time at each venue and the lunch was scheduled too closely to our Uffizi Gallery tour. Luckily our tour guide called the restaurant and they were able to accommodate us at a later time. I would have liked to have time after the tours to see more of the venues but that was not possible. Next time I would book these tours separately.

Sarah did a wonderful job. She was very engaging and pointed out items you would not find otherwise. Absolutely loved the ease of visiting the David statue. She did was very knowlegable and informative.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I learnt so much about Florence. Highly recommend this tour. The queues to get in to see David were very long outside but we got in within 15 minutes.
