Purchase was easy but then we couldn't easily find the pickup location. There was no "skip the line" and no host took us to the venue, which is what I was told on the website I was paying for. We were not made aware that the strike caused the museum not to open until our ticket time. So everyone showed up at once and we waited a long time to get in.

The entrance and avoiding the queue went very well. The bad thing was that they did a drill in the museum during our visit, it was a real disaster, the museum staff lost their roles, they stole 40 minutes of our time and if it had been a real evacuation it would have been a massacre. A 10 for you and a fail for the museum staff.

The booked tickets were delivered on time, and we were escorted to the fattening by the host. As for "skip the line," I couldn't say , because in fact the line was practically nonexistent that day. However, positive experience.

Very good visit in every aspect: The exhibition was like no other I have seen, sublime.... The organization to buy and receive the tickets was perfect. Some more precise indications were missing (place to pick up the tickets, meeting points with more precise directions, etc), but in general it was good. I recommend it with eyes closed.

Skip the line is false advertising. We waited in line over 45 minutes. No kne mentioned the number of steps to get to the top Your lead left us standing in line with a ticket and no direction The Ufizzi was most memorable once we got there

Your combo ticket grants you special access to two of Italy’s most iconic art galleries, bypassing the long queues often seen at peak times.

Uffizi Gallery

Enter the Uffizi and immerse yourself in the masterpieces of Da Vinci, Botticelli, Raphael, and more. Walk through the halls to discover iconic works like The Birth of Venus and Primavera by Botticelli. Take your time in the Botticelli Room, and don’t miss The Ognissanti Madonna by Giotto and La Primavera by Botticelli.

Accademia Gallery

Continue your journey at the Accademia, home to Michelangelo’s David. Step into the Hall of the Colossus, admire The Rape of the Sabines, and explore the Hall of the Prisoners, where Michelangelo’s unfinished sculptures bring his genius to life. Be sure to visit The Tribune to stand in awe before David, and discover the Florentine Gothic section showcasing stunning 13th-15th century art. Finish your tour with the Museum of Musical Instruments and explore Florence’s rich artistic heritage.
