We split the day up with lunch in between. Good thing too as it's a lot of walking. Be prepared for lots of steps at the Uffizi (there are lifts). Crowds are unavoidable (we went at 10:15am) but not too excessive. Some amazing art and history I'm glad we visited. The Accademia was smaller and to see David in all his splendour was magnificent. I don't regret a penny spent. The whole area of Florence is beautiful and I'm so glad of the experience. Tickets bought through Headout were easy .... except transferring the online tickets to physical ones at Accademia was not that easy to follow. That could have been us though!

Our incredible experience was scheduled for July 12, 2026! The ease of purchase and the fact that we didn't have to wait in line were fundamental to an experience even better than we imagined! David is truly something monumental in all its grandeur; the line of busts of the emperors and the beautiful sculptures in the Uffizi Gallery are admirable! I have a degree in Design and studied art history; I could spend hours listing all the wonders we were able to see! Thank you so much for providing these unforgettable moments for my family!

I was a bit skeptical as I have never heard of this company, but everything was actually easy and great! We met up right outside the dome, he explained a few things and gave us our tickets, which were the "Brunillesci pass". Besides the dome climbe, we also had access to the church, baptistery, museum, bell-tower AND the held our luggage on our last day (next to museum)!!! Great deal & value! Will def book with Headout again!

The tour guide was full of information that you need, very specific and very patient to explain it all. All 5 places was unspeakable beautiful. Recommendation is to go slowly. Only visit to Cupola have specific time everything else you choose when. Entry to church after 1pm there is no much crowd inside. And Opera museum leave for the last, Pieta is gorgeous

The admission process was fine, but it would have been helpful to let us know that we had to check our backpacks at the coat check before entering. We waited 20–30 minutes before entering, only to be denied entry because of our backpacks. I had to run to drop them off, and we caught up with the group just in the nick of time. We weren’t the only ones in this situation. Please add this to the admission procedure. Otherwise, the climb up to the Duomo is worth it, and so is the cathedral itself.

It was easy to buy them on the app. We still had to wait in line that day, but it moved quickly, and maybe if I hadn't bought the tickets in advance and at a specific time, I would have had to wait a long time. The audio guide works well, and it's great that it has photos of each exhibit—that helped me organize my visit a bit better.

What's not allowed

Large bags, backpacks, and umbrellas must be left in the free cloakroom near the entrances of Accademia and Uffizi Galleries. Please note there’s no cloakroom at Florence Duomo.

Flash photography, outside food and drink, drones, and pets (except service animals with advance notice) are not allowed at any of the three sites.

Accessibility

Both the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries are wheelchair and stroller accessible, with facilities to accommodate visitors with mobility needs.

An accessible entrance is located on the right side of the Florence Duomo for guests with motor disabilities. The dome climb is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with motor disabilities.

Additional information

No re-entry is allowed once you exit either gallery.

On the first Sunday of every month, the Uffizi offers free entry during normal opening hours.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the Accademia.

The Florence Duomo is open from Monday to Saturday between 10:15am and 3:45pm, and closed on Sundays and during religious celebrations.
