Booking was easy and included an audio tour which could be downloaded prior to arrival on the app. Uffizi gallery was amazing, there is so much to see you will need a few hours there. The audio tour was a little disappointing as could not sync it to the rooms we visited, and there were many which could be visited in different orders. The audio by the gallery had numbered references to easily select the appropriate guidance for the pictures being viewed. I would recommend using the gallery's audio tour rather than relying on the app.

This was a great way to get tickets for the Galleria dell'Accademia in Florence. Our tickets were waiting for us at their offices and we were able to enter a little before our scheduled time. The Galleria is amazing and very well laid out. This is a once in a lifetime experience and we totally recommend it!

Head out made the whole experience very good. No line. You need to download the tickets before you arrive & bring headphones if you want to do the audio tour. We did neither so we couldn't use the audio & it took a while to download the app/tickets at the museum

We didn't get our audio guide, and couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone. But it worked out.
