Very easy process, as long as you follow the pickup instructions. Don't just join the queue, first go to the small kiosk opposite no 58 (the entrance to the gallery) where they exchange your online booking into an actual ticket. After that, join the queue for your selected time. There are always 2 queues, eg for 10.00 and 10.15, if you are after that you cannot join the queue, but as we were 10.30, we waited near to the 10.00 line, when they were finished it moved on to 10.30 so we managed to join it immediately.

You can not go to the Accademia with out a reservered ticket, even with there is a line and a busy museum but it is worth it, Not just for the David, an amazing sculpture but the unfinuished sculptures on the way to David, the musical instruments wing with one of the first pianos and Stradivus Viola and Cello. My one complaint was the included adio recoirding,, it talked about art pieces that I couldn't find, didn't say where the art was.

The leaders were there ahead of time and very knowledgable about what to do. I wasn't able to downloaded the tickets on my phone bc there was no Wi-Fi waiting on the street. They were very flexible about that as I was on their registration page. So it seemed to be pretty well organized. It was a good way to get in the academia Museum as all the tickets had been sold out through the museum outlet for a very long time. So very worthwhile.

Great convenience to access the very crowded and popular museums on your time with hardly any wait. The audio guide was easy to download and share ahead of time. Great experience overall. Highly recommend

Easy to follow instructions. Very simple to enter as long as you follow written instructions. Came 10 min early, got my tickets, took 15 in short line.

Overall, it went well, but it wasn't easy—three visits to the combo and three different service providers! Disappointed with the so-called priority access to the Galerie de l'Académie. There was a huge line. The audio guides are only available through an app, and the explanations are sometimes very brief.
    • Combine timed, priority entry to the Uffizi and Accademia (two of Florence’s top‑visited galleries) in a single self‑guided plan with audio commentary at both.

    • Uffizi Gallery: Reserved‑time priority entry to the permanent collection, with an optional digital audio guide or guided tour so you explore independently with commentary when you want it.

    • Accademia Gallery: Priority entry at a fixed slot, with optional multilingual audio guide or guided tour focusing on the David hall and main sculpture rooms while you move at your own pace.

    • Use both tickets on the same day or space them across different days, depending on the time slots you select and how much time you want in each gallery.

    • Add an audio guide, digital guidebook, or guided visit at one gallery for extra context while keeping the rest of your day fully flexible.

  • Uffizi Gallery

    • Timed entry to the Uffizi Gallery

    • Digital audio guide for the Uffizi Gallery

    Accademia Gallery

    • Priority entry to the Accademia Gallery

    • Audio guide in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, and Chinese

    • Live guide
  • These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.
